On Site Service:
ASC strives to provide same day service, but if this is not possible we will respond by the next business day.
A complete system failure (the inability to place or receive calls or a complete system failure) is treated as an emergency and we will respond with in three hours. We provide service twenty-four hours per day by our on call service representative via voice notification from our service center.
Maintenance Program:
ASC offers our Clients the choice to extend the warranty period via maintenance plans. The Client may select to have a maintenance plan at any time and at their discretion. The maintenance plan selected may have only service covered or encompass both service and components. The selected maintenance plan costs are figured at the time initiated
The Absolute "One Care" plan provides twelve months of maintenance coverage
The Absolute "One Care Premium" plan provides twenty-four months of maintenance coverage
The Absolute "One Care Legacy" plan provides thirty-six to sixty months of maintenance coverage
